Spider Centres

We did spider centers with the Pre-K/K class yesterday. Spider centers are fun to play. The spider web tub was a one of our favourite centers. We also liked the spider snacks center. We got to eat the snack after we made it! We got to make spider hats at one of the centers.

Base 10 Blocks

Today we did some exploration with our base 10 blocks. We practiced making numbers using the ones/units and the tens, how to show numbers differently, and counting by 10's. Ask your child what they made with the base 10 blocks! Can they count by 10's up to 100? 200? 1000?

Race To The Top Math Game

Race To The Top:

You will need:
-a game board
-a dice
-2 white board markers

Roll the dice. The number that you roll you color one square on the white board. The person that gets to the top first wins the game!
